BALTIMORE, MD (AUGUST 12, 2010) Sierra announces that Deborah Haney has joined the Sierra Mid-Atlantic Team as Principal. She was previously a Senior Real Estate Advisor at MacKenzie Commercial. While there, Haney specialized in the representation of retail landlords and tenants in the Maryland market. Haney also brings with her far-reaching insight to the retail industry through her extensive experience in the marketing and research field. Deborah Haney will truly be a valuable asset to the Sierra Team.

Deborah Haney was named a CoStar Power Broker in 2006, 2007, and 2008, and has served as the Chair of Bel Air Economic and Development Commission. She also started the Baltimore Retail Business Network in 2008.
In May 2010, Sierra announced it had opened a new regional brokerage office in Baltimore to serve the Mid-Atlantic region from northern Virginia through Delaware. The office launched with Mark Mueller, previously with KLNB, and Ashley Schneeman, who had been Director of Leasing at DLC Management Corporation.
