Mr. Offit formed The Sierra Group, Inc. and Sierra Realty Advisors (now Sierra) in 2000 following a career at General Growth Properties where he was Senior Vice President of Leasing and Asset Management – overseeing 12,000,000 square feet of retail space. This platform, and the first hand knowledge of almost every major project through out the country, provides Mr. Offit with the vision and insight to take an asset such as a piece of land or existing under-performing retail center and transform it into a burgeoning, profitable focal point for its owners.

Mr. Offit’s talents for design layout and merchandising embrace the unique aspect of each project and help maximize the experience for all who visit it. Using this knowledge, he can carefully balance symbiotic retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues and transform a quiet center into a busy and profitable one. One of Mr. Offit’s most valuable skills is the ability to quarterback a project from a vision through merchandising, planning, and opening.

Mr. Offit is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University and The University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Offit is a licensed attorney in the State of Maryland and a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Illinois and Florida. Mr. Offit is the Chicago member of the Council of International Restaurant Brokers (CIRB).


Rob Rowe

Principal

Mr. Rowe formed Commercial Realty and Development, Inc. (CRD) in 1992. He merged his company with The Sierra Group, Inc. in 2006. Mr. Rowe specializes in tenant and landlord representation, primarily in the downtown and surrounding Chicagoland markets. He has worked with a variety of developers and tenants on both vertical and traditional developments. Having worked through the development process on both the landlord and tenant side, he has the unique ability to anticipate and plan for a retailer’s or restaurateur’s needs and requirements.

Mr. Rowe’s ability to coordinate and follow-up with property owners, architects, contractors, and tenants offers insight that can save time and money, as well as offer flexibility to a project that is normally very difficult to achieve. Fifteen years of brokerage experience in Chicago has provided him with great contacts and knowledge of how the Chicagoland market works. Mr. Rowe and his team work with a variety of local stores, major national retailers, and high-rise developers.

Mr. Rowe is a graduate of American University and an active member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
